Pete’s Paints, LLC was pleased to do the custom painting for this historic property. Unique properties, such as farmhouse renovation are one of our specialties because of the care and detail involved to successfully prepare and paint delicate, valuable surfaces . The work involved interior and exterior painting, new construction, and new paint on the renovated surfaces.
Challenges and Rewards of Farmhouse Restoration
The goal was to maintain and preserve the heritage of this family home while giving attention to paint quality and detail to ensure a custom, designer look worthy of Parade of Homes . The home featured original fireplace mantels, custom trim, built in cabinets, deep window frames, cedar shutters, and stained doors. All was done with Pete’s Paints quality and within the deadline to have the property ready for the contest. The home owners were thrilled with the outcome and it was gratifying to visit the home during the Parade and see the public reaction.
